Reply from your alias in webmail.
Someone asked if they could reply from their support@ alias without switching mailboxes. Now you can. Webmail lets you send from the aliases that deliver to your mailbox, including shared aliases.
- Reply or Reply all automatically selects an available alias from the original message’s To or Cc addresses. You can also choose an alias in the From dropdown when writing a new message.
- To try it, refresh webmail, open a message sent to your alias and hit Reply. Check the From field before sending. If the alias was Bcc’d, choose it manually.
- Each member of a shared alias can reply from that address using their own mailbox. Pausing the alias or removing a member removes their permission to send from it in webmail.
- This update is for FranklyMail webmail. It does not add alias setup or automatic sender selection to Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or other mail apps.
