Made for your working day

Good things are coming to your inbox.

The latest improvements, a look at what is next, and a place for your ideas. Help us make email work better for you.

New

One alias. A copy in every selected inbox.

Shared aliases are here. A user asked us on 29 September to let both partners receive family bills and school emails while keeping their own inboxes. That request is now live: one alias can deliver to several mailboxes.

  • Choose up to 50 existing mailboxes within the same FranklyMail account. Each person receives their own copy and keeps their own mailbox login.
  • Open Aliases & routing, choose New alias or Edit on an existing alias, and select the recipients. You can change the selection later.
  • Copies stay independent: reading or archiving a message in one inbox does not change the others. Shared read status and reply assignment are not included.
  • Existing single-recipient aliases continue to work. Catch-all addresses still deliver to one mailbox.

Bring your brand to supporting inboxes.

BIMI setup is now available for your domains. Host your brand logo and public mark certificate with FranklyMail, generate your DNS record and check the setup from your panel.

  • Upload an SVG Tiny PS logo, or convert a PNG, JPG or WebP image in your browser. Review the result before saving, and download the SVG for your certificate application.
  • Get the BIMI TXT record to publish at your DNS provider, then check the record, public files and email authentication settings.
  • Gmail requires a VMC or CMC from an external certificate issuer. Certificates may cost extra, and each receiving service decides whether to display your logo.

Check your email setup. Share what you find.

Free email tools are here. Inspect your domain’s public DNS, understand your email configuration and estimate your costs without creating an account.

  • Check MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records together, with provider details, alignment settings and warnings. Share a link that checks current DNS when opened.
  • Take a closer look with the SPF record validator, DMARC inspector and MX lookup. DKIM checks use the selector supplied by your email provider.
  • Estimate email storage, calculate your Google Workspace bill and compare it with FranklyMail using your team size and storage needs.

Introducing Agentic Inbox

Less searching. More getting things done.

Meet Agentic Inbox. Bring your FranklyMail inbox into Claude or ChatGPT, and turn a conversation into a clearer inbox.

  • Catch up on unread mail, find a conversation, or look for a missing message in Spam.
  • Ask for a reply or forward, then edit the recipients and wording before you approve sending. You always have the final say.
  • Connect your own mailbox through webmail. Each connection stays private to the mailbox you sign in to.

Improved

Keep going when your inbox gets busy.

See how much of your daily Agentic Inbox allowance you have used, right beside your connected assistants.

  • Every mailbox starts with 25 requests a day. Mailbox Boost raises that to 2,500 for $1 a month per mailbox.
  • Boost also brings delivery and open tracking, writing help, and an ad-free webmail experience.
